This workshop is specifically designed to offer you some postures to help you manage your back pain and also to prevent it from recurring.
Learn Key Principles to Manage Back Pain
- Learn to fully connect with your body.
The regular practice of yoga teaches you how to fully connect with your body and give it exactly what it needs.
- Know when to rest and for how long
The Iyengar yoga style encourages brief rest periods between postures. You rest until you feel you can continue.
- Select the right teacher and class for you
You will also learn what the best postures are for you and this will give you the confidence to select the best class and teacher for yourself.
- Self Practice
Regular self practice is one of the best ways to finally get rid of your back pain. Learn what postures you need to do and for how long.

9.45 – 10.30 – Key floor and sitting postures for back strength
10.30 – 11.00 – Standing postures for stability and hold
11.00 – 11.15 – Tea Break
11.15 – 12.15 – Developing core and back strength
12.15 – 12.30 – Yoga Nidra – Deep Relaxation
