Discover your self-belief
Have the confidence to trust your intuition
Why you must trust yourself
Because if you don’t, who will?
When I was younger, I often found it challenging to assert my own needs. Other people in my life had a way of convincing me that their way was better, more efficient and beneficial for us all.
The result was that later I would realise that it made me feel unhappy and dissatisfied and I would feel resentful of the other person.
When I started therapy, I discovered that the reason why this repeatedly happened to me was because I avoided confrontation with others as much as possible.
I did all I could to maintain peace and harmony around me and not asserting my own needs most certainly secured that. I was liked for being pleasing and considerate of others. And that was my reward.
Therapy was somewhat challenging for me at the beginning, as I would be reminded time and time again that if I wanted my life to change, I must believe that my needs mattered greatly and meeting my needs contributed to my overall state of happiness and wellbeing.
With coaching and support, it was not not long before my life changed and my joy returned.
This is why my deepest passion now is helping others overcome their fear of asserting their own needs and to do this in an effortless and considerate way.

I use different techniques and modalities to help you to really know and understand yourself.
I am committed to delivering the work – and expect you to be equally committed to taking responsibility and doing the work to make the changes you want in your life
We will keep going until we have accomplished our goal, mission and purpose, and will do whatever it takes to get there.
We seek equality, integrity, respect, and a rebalance of power. We will no longer tolerate bad behaviour or abuse of any kind. We want the freedom that comes with self-belief.

My Experience and Qualifications
I trained as a Passion Centred Coach and Mentor over 12 years ago in the United States and later did the Corporate and Executive Life Coaching Programme 10 years ago.
I help people identify their primary passions and then take incremental steps towards achieving their goals. Passions are different to goals. Passions are your soul’s desires, they are your guide to finding your purpose in life. Goals are your steps to fulfilling them.
I trained for 3 years in London in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and learned so much about how to work with our childhood past. Many of us can get stuck here and never understand why or how to push through some of our early life traumas. I discovered simple tools to help us overcome them and no longer have a hold on us.
I trained in the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Mindfulness programme in London 7 years ago, although Mindfulness has always been very much a part of my Yoga Training and Teaching.
Learning Mindfulness techniques in a group setting or on a 1-2-1 basis can greatly help people manage stress, anxiety, manage their emotions more effectively and become more peaceful and present.
I qualified as a hypnotherapist 3 years ago and once my clients become fully connected to their passions, hypnotherapy can be a much quicker and more effective way to guiding the sub-conscious mind to manifest them.
It is also an effective way to helping people achieve their goals quickly and permanently.
Becoming a Yoga Teacher was the biggest change in my life. It helped me to slow down and reconnect with who I was. Meditation and Mindfulness were also a part of my Yoga Training and personal journey. I completed a 500 hour Yoga Teacher course 18 years ago and I still love teaching some classes.
