Your Participation in the Coaching Circle
There is no specific criterion for joining our Coaching Circle other than a genuine willingness to engage in your own and others’ personal development. This means being open to both coaching and being coached by your peers. Participation requires commitment, confidentiality, and contribution.
You are encouraged to bring openness and authenticity to the group. Together, we will learn to unlearn old habits of problem-solving and instead cultivate the ability to offer gentle curiosity within a non-judgmental and nurturing space. This is a place where you can show up as your true self. In this environment, creativity flourishes, and everyone is supported to reflect on personal challenges and discover their own unique solutions.
Through this process, you will begin to recognise that you already have the inner resources to know what is right for you in any given situation — feeling empowered to take aligned and meaningful action.
The Circle invites curiosity and empathy, helping you gently move beyond deep-rooted limiting beliefs and habitual behaviours that may have held you back or caused frustration. While technical problems can often be solved through past experience, relationship and personal challenges are best met through genuine communication, deep listening, and mutual support.
The Role of the Facilitator-Coach
Jamie Symons is going to be your Facilitator-Coach and will be supporting the launch and ongoing work of the Coaching Circles. As such, Jamie’s role is to create an environment that is different to what is normally experienced in a workplace setting or at home or in a social circle.
In the beginning, the main aim is to find a way to genuinely Connect everyone within the circle and create a high level of trust and safety. Connecting means bringing one’s whole self to the session and sharing how they truly are in that moment.
A typical session includes :
Presentation – One member (the client) shares their current challenge and desired outcomes.
Collaborative Inquiry – Group members ask open, insightful questions to uncover new perspectives.
Reflection – Time for the client to process insights, recognise patterns, and identify assumptions.
Voicing – Members share what resonated most, and the client commits to next steps.
Rather than offering advice, the group practices deep listening and inquiry, fostering breakthroughs through collective intelligence and trust.
Overall Benefits
By joining the Coaching Circle, you will develop powerful coaching skills that can transform every area of your life. You’ll learn to listen deeply, ask skilful questions, and communicate with empathy — all of which foster greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
As you grow through the process, you will gain increased confidence in approaching challenges that once felt too complex or overwhelming. You’ll begin to see these situations not as obstacles, but as opportunities for learning and resilience-building. With a structured framework to guide your reflection and prioritisation, you’ll be able to focus on what truly matters most to you in the present moment.
Through this journey, you will learn to take back control of your life, establish healthy boundaries, and ensure that your actions align with your core values. As a result, you will experience a deeper sense of connection, purpose, and motivation — feeling more centred, empowered, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life and relationships.
