This day is all about finding and reclaiming yourself, your Inner Strength and Resilience. It is about reminding you of who you are beyond the situations you find yourself in, your self-doubt, limiting beliefs and stuck emotions. You know that it is now time to acknowledge what changes you need to make in your life and in yourself and be at the helm again. If change feels imminent for you and you are hesitant and nervous to set the wheels in motion, then this workshop will give that insight, courage and determination you need to move through those difficult emotions and any resistance.
Discovering Yourself
Allowing some time to reflect on ourselves is crucial. Ignoring or not paying attention to what is happening in our lives never works as we will find ourselves stuck in patterns of behaviour and continue attracting the same unhappy situations.
Pain, disappointment and disillusionment have a profound way of bringing us back to ourselves, helping us to reconnect and emerge with a level of inner harmony and stability.
Life offers us an opportunity to do things differently and make a change. Through this powerful, transformational process, we discover what in ourselves and our lives is missing, lacking or needs to come to the forefront. This is an opportunity to ‘come home’ to discover and embrace fully who you are at the core of your being. We will support you in discovering this.


Managing Emotions
Life is inherently unpredictable and we learn that we cannot control how the world operates. Sometimes things are outside of our control and at other times we find ourselves in situations due to our conscious or unconscious choices.
Each time we feel unhappy, experience a setback, or feel we need to change something we have the opportunity to learn new ways of recovering ourselves and becoming stronger and more resilient. Holding them in can make it difficult to move forward. Probably the greatest achievement is learning how to manage the strong emotions we experience.
We seek a balance between logic and emotion. Both are important, one may come before the other. Expressing your emotions can help you think more clearly. We will be looking at different methods of managing our overwhelming emotions.
Reclaiming Yourself
Evoke the power within you and use this to make the changes you need in order to reclaim yourself.
Utilising powerful practices and tools will help you get to the core of who you are. You will gain clarity about things in your life you need to confront, wish to change, or how you would like to approach situations. You will unleash all that is wishing to come through.
You will realise it’s up to you to create your own happiness and take 100% ownership for the choices you make in your life and what you want for yourself.

About Your Hosts

Suzy Rose
Suzy is a Holistic Life Coach, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Trainer. Following on from an 18 year career in Occupational Health, Suzy began her Holistic Approach in 2002. Her transformative journey began soon after her intense 2 year Yoga Training Programme, which led her into a deeper spiritual enquiry. Suzy trained in Transpersonal Psychotherapy in 2004 and qualified as a Passion-Centred Life Coach and Mentor in 2008.

Lucy Sam
Lucy is a Transpersonal Life Coach, Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Shamanic Drum Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and Conscious Living Guide. Lucy holds an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology. Lucy is passionate about supporting women with their wellbeing and spiritual lives through the practices she offers which is an important aspect of her life purpose.

- Know what you want - Identify the top 5 most important areas in your life to focus on right now
- Creative Visualisation - relax and go on a journey inward to experience how your best life would feel
- Facing any obstacles - get clear about what is preventing you from moving forwards and find ways to eliminate them
- Guided Meditation - Slip into a quiet, mindful state to release any remaining tension in the body and mind
- Meeting your own needs - discover your own resources within you and feel your confidence build
- Drumming ceremony - a powerful ceremony to raise your vibration and lift your energy and spirit
As a result of this day and being in a supportive space you will have identified what needs to change and feel ready and empowered to put plans into motion and Reclaim Yourself.
