Awaken Your Summer Energy Build strength, find balance, and restore deeply

Join us for a dynamic yet nurturing yoga morning designed to help you reconnect with your energy, build strength, and feel more balanced in both body and mind. 

As we move into the height of summer, there is a natural invitation towards greater openness, vitality, and flexibility. This workshop gently harnesses that seasonal energy, supporting you to expand your movement, deepen your breath, and feel more alive in your body.

Dynamic Standing Postures 

We will begin with slow, mindful, opening postures, gradually building into stronger standing and balancing poses such as Wide Leg Forward Bend Twist, Half Moon and Warrior 3. These postures help develop stability, focus, and stamina, supporting both physical strength and inner steadiness.

Gentle Seated Postures 

Alongside the more dynamic elements, there will be time to step away from constant doing. You will be guided to pause, soften, and deeply relax through gentle seated work, subtle twists, and a nourishing Yoga Nidra to fully restore the body and calm the mind.

 

Breathwork & Meditation 

Energising breathwork practices, including Kapalabhati and Bhastrika, will be introduced to awaken the system and increase vitality, always offered in a safe and accessible way. The breathwork will gently lead into a guided meditation, offering space to settle the mind and deepen your awareness.

Morning Workshop Schedule

9.30 – 9.45  – Welcome, Breathing and Relaxation

9.45 – 10.30 – Gentle  extension and opening  stretches

10.30 – 11.00 – Standing postures for strength and stability

11.00 – 11.15 – Tea Break – refreshments and snacks included 

11.15 – 11.45 – Standing poses – balance and rotations 

11.45 – 12.00 – Yoga breathwork – Kapalabhati and Bhastrika

12.00 – 12.15 – Yin seated poses with inversions

12.15 – 12.30 – Gentle Meditation 

12.30 – 12.45 – Yoga Nidra – Deep Relaxation 

12.45 – 13.00 – Close and Reflection
