We feel warmed up already and more relaxed and at ease. It is holiday time and time also let go of the old and start planning in this wonderful state that we are in, to make a fresh start in some areas of our life in September, when new beginnings sprout.
August is a month release the negative thoughts and let the positive energy of this month flow and open the closed doors. It is a time to go within and get to know yourself better.
Have fun. The August sun helps you shine your soul brighter. The sunlight of this month illuminates the unconscious side of your personality or your shadow self that you don’t want to see. It eliminates all the negativity that slows down your development.

Poppies have long been associated with sleep (and of course death and memory of the dead) It is a time to forget about the past that brought you grief. Release the negative thoughts.
The poppy also symbolises relaxation and recovery and the power of the imagination, to create the new.
The month of August is a perfect time to pause, review, and reflect on how you interact with other people. It is time to organise your thoughts and life, and start working on your unfinished projects.

9.45 – 11.00 – Floor Postures – Gentle chest opening and back arching
Tea Break (Refreshments provided)
11.15 – 11.45 – Focus on loosening of hips and shoulders
11.45 – 12.30 – Salute To The Sun – Flow Yoga
Lunch Break (please bring your own lunch)
13.00 – 13.30 – Mindful Walk (weather permitting)
13.30 – 14.30 – Summer Breathing Techniques
14.30 – 15.00 – Working on Core strength and strong sitting postures
