As we approach the New Year, we consider new beginnings. We may even associate it with making some New Year Resolutions. It is definitely a great time to say goodbye to some of the old memories and invite the new.
At midnight, it is traditional to hold hands in a circle and sing the Scottish song by Robert Burns, “Auld Lang Syne”. It means ‘old long since’ or ‘days gone by’. It reminds us that we have to leave the old behind with love and gratitude in order to clear the space for the new.
From January to March, we nurture our new ideas and plan our new beginnings in order to have them bloom in the Spring, when the energy changes from that of stillness to movement.

Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year and may 2025 be Your Year!
