When we think about the word Transformation, we conjure up some form of is a dramatic change happening overnight. Yet the process of transformation is natural and it is happening all the time, everywhere. Nature transforms with every season, every living being transforms, from birth to death. However, the word can scare us sometimes when we apply it to transformation happening in our lives and in ourselves.
Transformation happens in us whether we are aware of it or not. More often than not, it is not sudden. It happens each time life serves us a change in our circumstances. Some people love and initiate change, whist others go through some level of resistance.
With every life change, we have the opportunity transform, transform the way we respond to any situation and the way we think about it. The more we learn to accept this change and the less resistance we have about it, the more we invite the process, evolve and thrive from it.
We all seek transformation in some way or other, whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally. We seek to improve ourselves and see it as a personal mission. We also choose to improve our life and lifestyle, this is what motivates us as human beings. We like to learn new things, educate ourselves, reach for greater success in our career, have a desire to travel and explore the world, move location, engage in different hobbies. All of these change us and we transform and become different people with more knowledge and more life experience.
This is what transformation means to us as humans. Sometimes, we need a little help when we get stuck.
