The answer simply is to put the right choices and decisions into our sub conscious mind! Strengthen it with images, thoughts, feelings of how we want our life to be rather than allowing our external sources to dictate to us, pressure from the media, our past habitual behaviour and even the people around us, how it should be!
Often it is not really to do with you not having enough time? It is more about not being clear about what you want and choose to manifest in your life. About WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!
